Gap and Flush Webinar Premiere

NEWSTON successfully hosted its first webinar dedicated to gap and flush measurement in the automotive production. The session brought together industry professionals interested in the latest developments in inline quality assurance and automated inspection.

A key highlight of the webinar was the introduction of the new AIMax triple head sensor. For the first time, participants were given an in-depth look at a solution that combines 3D feature measurement and geometry measurement within a single system. The presentation focused not only on the fundamentals of gap and flush inspection, but also on practical applications of Newston's technology in automotive manufacturing and the benefits of performing quality assurance directly within the production process.

Following a brief introduction by our team, attendees were guided through the topic with a technology showcase and an application-focused film demonstrating how the system is used in real production environments. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A, giving participants the opportunity to discuss specific challenges and use cases directly with our experts.
